In yet another blatant act of aggression, the Israeli Army has overnight kidnapped the Palestinian Deputy Prime Minister, Nasser al-Shaer, in a raid on his home in the West Bank town of Ramallah.

He was held when troops burst into the house early on Saturday, his wife said. The compliant Jewish controlled media has said that Al-Shaier has been “detained” – their code word for kidnapped, because, as we know, when Palestinian militants seize Jews, it is always “kidnapping” but when Jews seize Palestinians, it is always “detaining” or “arresting.”

Israel has already kidnapped 30 Palestinian Members of Parliament and a third of the Palestinian cabinet – but the Jew-puppet regime in Washington DC has said nothing about this, in stark contrast to the two or three Jew soldiers captured by Palestinian militants. The difference between the seized Jews and the seized Palestinians is of course that the Jews were all military personnel, illegally occupying Palestinian territory, while the seized Palestinians were non-combatant members of government, another difference deliberately ignored by the mass media.

According to Al-Shaer’s wife, "several" jeeps circled the house before dawn after which troops came to the door. An officer told her after checking their identity documents: "Sorry madame, but your husband has to come with us.”

"He let him first say goodbye to our four children," she told Reuters news agency.
